Scalable Architecture

Our Scalable Healthcare Architecture is built on these four pillars, which underpin our model's power to solve sub-Saharan Africa's remote healthcare access problem.

1 Tech-Enabled with Health Access Mapping

To solve this problem at scale, we must see the unseen. We must see every village, every community which lives in a remote healthcare black hole. Our AI-powered heatmap "Health-AIM"  lights up every healthcare black hole which needs a OneDay Health centre.

2 Cost-Effective Care

Each OneDay Health centre costs only US$4000 to launch and each patient visit including a malaria test and a full course of treatment costs under US$2.  Launching new OneDay Health centres might be one of the most cost-effective ways  to save a life.

3 Comprehensive Care

Each OneDay Health centre provides comprehensive primary healthcare for the whole community, from young children, to mothers, to the elderly. We treat acute diseases like malaria and pneumonia,  chronic conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes and enable women’s reproductive futures through family planning and pregnancy care.

4 High Quality Care

Our innovative clinical guidelines enable our nurses to accurately provide high quality care for the 30 medical conditions which make up over 95% of the local disease burden. Managers provide monthly supervision and support, doing regular audits to ensure quality is always maintained.

From locating to launching in less than 1 month

Our launch process enables us to efficiently launch OneDay Health centres in the communities which will benefit the most.

Our Process

OneDay everyone in sub-Saharan Africa will have access to high quality primary healthcare.
